نقش‌های ملّی و پیدایشِ قدرت‌نرم: تحلیل کمّی گفتارها/نوشتارهای مقام‌معظم‌رهبری (1368-1388)

Abstract:

اگرچه مطالعات نظری در حوزه قدرت نرم رو به افزایش دارد، اما توجه به رویکرد بومی در این مطالعات غلبه ندارد و از این حیث تلاش برای تعریف و نظریه‌پردازی بومی در این موضوع اولویت دارد. از این منظر نویسندگان تلاش دارند مستند به رهنمودهای مقام معظم رهبری به تحلیلی بومی از قدرت نرم دست یابند. در مقاله‌ی پیش‌ِرو کوشش می‌شود با تحلیل کمّی گفتارها و نوشتارهای مقام‌معظم‌رهبری، به تفسیری از بسامدِ شمارش‌های به‌دست‌آمده از مفاهیم هشت‌گانه‌ی نقش‌ملّی، دست یافته شود. شمارش فراوانی‌‌ها، بیانگر وجود هشت نقش‌ملی است‌که به‌ترتیب، عبارت‌اند از: مدافع اسلام (438)، ضدّیت با امپریالیسم (272)، سنگر انقلاب/ رهایی‌بخش (246)، توسعه‌ی‌داخلی (214)، دولت‌سرمشق (194)، رهبر و حافظ منطقه (147)، مبارزه باصهیونیسم (150)، دولت مستقل (120). به‌نظر می‌رسد فراوانیِ نقش‌های ملّی برگرفته از ایدئولوژی اسلامی، نشانگر استوارشدن سیاست‌خارجی ایران بر قدرت‌نرم است که در آمیزش با قدرت سخت، امکانِ پدیدارشدن قدرت هوشمند را فراهم آورده است.
